Missing audio on video file transferred from TiVo

I recorded a TV program on my TiVo Premier XL. Playback on the TiVo to my TV is perfect. I transferred the program to my PC using kmttg (as I do with hundreds of programs), then I opened the file with VideoReDo TVSuite v5, and there is no audio. When I look where I would normally see the visual representation of an audio signal, there is nothing (no squiggly yellow or blue line).

Obviously, the program has audio, because I can watch it with audio directly from the TiVo. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions for how I can correct/restore the audio (by re-transferring the file, or fixing it on my PC)? Here's the program info:

File:
Name : M:\My TiVo Recordings\Front and Center - CMA Songwriters Series Steven Tyler 2016-05-03 (WNJSDT).TiVo

Video:
Encoding : MPEG2
VideoStreamID : xE0
Frame rate : 29.97 fps
Encoding size : 1920 x 1080

Header bit rate : 64.000 Mbps
VBV buffer : 976 KBytes

Codec : AC3
Format : DVD VOB

I noticed that the "Field order" is "Bottom field first." Isn't this unusual? Could this be the cause of the problem? How do I correct it?

Thanks,

Are other files you transferred OK and this file is the only one?

Have you tried playing the file with WMP on your computer to see if you hear audio?

Make sure you didn't mute or lower the volume in VRD.
