MP4 output hangs

OK, different file. Transport Stream profile QFS is currently up to 9 hours @ 12% and still growing. No MP4 involved.
There are two audio streams though. This does seem to be a significant feature, as a third problem file also has this.

Deleting the second audio stream allowed the QFS to finish within a short time (30 secs). Good catch!
I can do this on problematic files, but there must be some issue there.
Thanks

In all likelihood the second stream is dropping out and the other buffers are filling up waiting for it to come back. You could increase the size of the buffers and see if that helps, but if you don’t need that second audio stream then it's better to just dump it.

What channel / network did you record this from? There's one network that seems to drop it's narration channel in and out all during the show. This confuses the crap out of TVSuite since it doesn't know if it should try and adjust sync for the missing frames or simply drop them. The easy solution is to uncheck-multiple audio audio streams in the output profile / options, or deselect this particular audio stream.

Would you be willing to upload the source video so we can figure out a way to take care of this automatically?

This is the Australian ABC and SBS networks.
Happy to upload. I might try to trim it down to a problematic section.
