Need to edit Hue (I think :>)

I have a number of mpeg-2 files that are old. Consequently, some are too red (throughout), some are too green (throughout) and some are too dark (throughout). I'm looking for a way to apply a color (hue?) correction to a file as a whole, not frame-by-frame. If there is a way to do this in VideoReDo TVS, then I've not see the obvious. I've searched these forums and others with no luck. I'd appreciate any thoughts or guidance.
