preserve GoPro telemetry in output MP4 files

Beginning with the Hero5, GoPro includes "GPMF" telemetry in their MP4 files. There is some really neat stuff, including GPS-derived time-date and location information.

However, VideoReDo obliterates this in any output files it generates, leaving only the video and audio.

and there are sample MP4 files included in the "samples" subdirectory.

If you compile GoPro's demo code ("demo" subdirectory), or use the https://goprotelemetryextractor.com/free/ nag-ware (likely based on top of the library code in github), you'll see that telemetry exists in these files, but any VideoReDo generated subset or joining loses this data.
