3) constantly toggle preview mode on/off
...
You will be forwarded 2 frames forward on each on/off toggle.

Installed from this 832b build installer to another folder, so I have 831 and 832b at the same time, and compared them. Unfortunately, nothing changed at this particular case.

Can you upload the video file, a project file with cuts and the time code where you're having the problem? Don't forget to send the email to support when the upload has completed.

Files have been uploaded to the folder '37692'.
These are sample files which demonstrating this case. Cut can be done at any point, - effect will be exactly the same.

I think I posted the wrong installer file. In 832b, click on Help>About. Does it it show 831 or 832?

It shows 832 without "b", built at June 15, 2021.

Installed this 832c over previous build and got 832 built at June 21, 2021. That build got rid of this seeking bug.
