I know alot of the regular posters to this forum have been wondering why there has suddenly been silence w/r/t many recent technical issues posted in the last week. I know I have. Is there a reason for the silence or is the method for tech support changing regarding the official and beta versions of the product? I only ask because many of us are not used to the sudden length of time passing before getting any replies from VRD tech specialists. Thanks and hope all is well at VRD, truly the best video editing software hands down!
