Stitch MKVs (Blu-Ray)?

Is this possible to do:
With MakeMKV rip Main Movie from 3 BluRay disks.
Stitch/edit together those 3 rips (via VRD? if so, which version?)
Export to either .TS or .MKV?

For joining MKV or H.264 files you would need to use the Joiner feature in VideoReDo TVSuite V4 with H.264
