But when going to the registration in video redo, it says successfully activated
Same "Problem with registration key" issue here. Thanks, Dan for the help. BTW, I own a small software company (biotech) and I am the sole engineer. I know what a pain it is when everything goes sideways and your customers start losing it. You have my sympathy, and thanks for continuing to plug away.
Bonus questions for anyone else on the forum: On the manual activation page (https://videoredo.net/activation/) I'm asked for my USER TOKEN (Format: XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX) and a System ID (Format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
I have an UPGRADE token from when I upgraded from TVS Suite v5 to v6 that is the same format as the USER token. Are they the same thing.
I have no idea what my System ID is or where to find it. Anyone?
I just want to be prepared as well as possible for servers to go away so I can continue using the program in that event. I use it almost weekly and it would be hard to live without. Is there a way to stop the application from phoning home to a server once registration has been confirmed. This would allow the application for continue working even if servers go away, which seems a real possibility now.
Keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks so much for all your efforts, Dan. Very much appreciated.Well f*ck! I was just restoring the website via FTP. Just uploading basic HTML/PHP files. Nothing fancy at all. I didn't touch the registration/activation server. All I can figure is that something on the videoredo.com site triggered an activation lock. Unfortunately I have no idea how all this activation stuff works. This was all DanR's area. I'm not sure if this affects everyone or just those that tried to run while the site was only partially uploaded. I'm running a test now to see.
I will also run some tests on my end to figure out how I can fix this. I'll report back soon.
I believe when you go to "manual activation" it will display USER TOKEN, etc. I think someone here mentioned that "System ID" changes everytime you go there...?Bonus questions for anyone else on the forum: On the manual activation page (https://videoredo.net/activation/) I'm asked for my USER TOKEN (Format: XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX) and a System ID (Format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)

No, this was a temporary glitch.Just out of curiosity..... I have TVS V6 .833 installed, If I upgrade to .836a will this cause TVS to implode? I use TVS almost every day.
Thanks Dan, the fix worked.I figured out the issue. If you're having this problem please send me an email or a message on the forum with your name and registration key and I will send you a fix.
It wasn’t exactly "hacked". Someone found the script we use for the contact form and was using it to send SPAM. The host shut it down and then for some reason completely deleted it after a week. DanR wasn’t around to get the warnings so we didn’t realize what happened until it was too late. Luckily we had a relatively recent backup, but I still had to restore everything manually which was a huge PITA.Make sure you find out how the site got hacked last time so they won't do it again.
Also, if possible please keep us posted on DanR's health.
The .net ones were just temporary. I took them down when I got the main server back up and running.Major thanks to @Dan203 for all of his work and effort during this time.
I was just trying to access the activation page ,and others, but I'm just getting a 403 error page.
Anyone else?
If I try https://videoredo.net/activation/ then I see View attachment 3445
and if I try other links provided, such as

I get an "oops" message that the thread cannot be found.
For now my TV Suite V6 is still running on my current workstation, I'm just waiting for 13th gen Intel CPU releases (and RTX4000) and I will build a new system, onto which I hope I can still install TVSuite V6.
Thanks again for all the help @Dan203, REALLY appreciated.
