Got you, my bad, thank you for your efforts. The .net ones were just temporary. I took them down when I got the main server back up and running.
if you need to activate go to http://videoredo.com/activate instead.
Do you have a PayPal account or similar?
I’m happy to send you a tip for your work.
Honestly, it would be my pleasure. I’m very grateful for your efforts, and am now more confident that I’ll be able to reactivate the program when the time comes, hopefully later this year, when I get a new workstation PC
EDIT. By the way, while I’m here, I’d just like to say that one thing that I REALLY love about VideoRedo is that when I edit video recorded from DVB-S, and then save back out as .ts, not only does VideoRedo leave the video as is (Instead of reencoding the entire thing) but it also retains not only the DVB subtitles, but also the text subtitles that are included with DVB-S transmissions.
So I can edit a recording, to the frame…. Eliminate any extra at the start and end of the programme, cut out any commercials if there are any, save without losing any image/audio quality, AND retain all the subtitles AND the subs remain in sync despite all my edits.
I just LOVE it. Then I can use a subtitle extractor to extract the text subs, and/or use something like MKVToolNix to end up with an MKV file, with original broadcast quality, and perfect subs.
On top of that, if I record something for my elderly parents who don‘t have internet, nor any kind of media player box (and who aren’t willing to even try to play files from a USB disk on their TV/bluray player) then I can use VideoRedo to save the edited programme as an authored DVD, and burn to a DVD/RW so they can watch it too. All from this one programme.
Of course it does more than this, including I’ve used it to edit all my old MiniDV home videos, and VHS rips without any loss of quality…. I just wanted to say thank you. I’d be lost without it. Been using it since V3 with my old Topfield TF5800 box. These days I have a Dreambox with DVB-S and DVB-T tuners, and a Pi with a USB DVB-S/DVB-T tuner, and TvHeadend…. And everything gets run through VideoRedo.
Thank you.
