.ts output error

When using vrd on a.tp file to edit out commercials with ad detective I get this error message:" mpeg stream error: video ring buffer overflow". I have tried this 3 times now. The .tp file was created using a fusionII hdtv tunercard.

Which build of VRDP are you using?

When did the error occur, during saving or AdDetective?

Have you tried running QSF?

Can you email us a copy of the VideoReDo.log file (as an attachment) to support@videoredo.com?

I went to do another test run, I cleared the old video clip out, to start fresh, but now ad detective is gone. I double checked, but it is vrd/plus version 2.1.0.386...this is a new one on me...

Download build 387, and Ad-Detective (and thumbnails) will be back. Sorry, was a mistake on our part in 386, that feature timed out.

Please excuse my ignorance here, but where is the log file located? There is a tmp file in the same folder with the edited file. Is that it? Sorry, just learning this...

Assuming that you installed to the default directory...

videoredo.log will be located at C:\program files\videoredo-plus, or just leave off the "-plus" if you're using the "classic" version.

ok, I found the log file. I went to 387 build and that took care of Ad Detective.Also, I had some stability issues that 387 seemed to help out on. I mean no freezing up.
