Video file only partially saving

I'm currently using the Demo of VideoReDo Plus to determine if it will work for what I'm needing. I loaded a file from my Tivo and removed the commercials. The video shows that it is 43 minutes in length. When I go to save the file as an .mpg, it only saves the first 13 minutes. As it turns out, that's the exact moment where my first commercial cut takes place. So, it's not saving beyond the first cut. What am I doing wrong? As you can see from my Output Processing below, it does show some errors, but I followed the program as logically as possible. Is it just because this is the demo version, and it's not outputting the entire file?

I'm not 100% sure of this but I think the trial versions only save a few minutes of the file but that you can request a "trial key" that will allow saving of the full files for a period of time (1 or 2 weeks?).
