Unfortunately those errors are Windows errors and mean nothing to us, other then VideoReDo is crashing for some reason.

If you open these files one by one and save them directly from the VideoReDo UI do you get a similar crash? Or does it only happen when running via batch?

What are the source files? What are you saving them too? Are you making any edits? Or just running them straight through for a recode or quick stream fix?

Ok here is the steps that I take

1 I use auto Kmttg with VRD QS fix enabled to download the programs
2 Then I use VAP again with VRD QS. Semes like it works better with VRD editing.
3 Use VRD to edit out the ads and junk.
4 Then I use queue after each program cut to my folder.
Sometimes this happen during the process but 90% of the time it happen after the it done saving the programs. I do not close out the Program when done.
Is Vap a part of videoredo it could be that program cauing it. I am 95% postive that videoredo was shut but VAP was not.

VAP is not part of VideoReDo, however from what you posted the crash is happening in the VideoReDo.exe so I don't think it's the problem.

However to figure out what the problem is I need you to do something. First open VideoReDo and clear your log file. (Help->Display VideoReDo.log->Clear) Next go through all your normal steps except when you get to step #4, instead of queuing to batch I want to you save the file right then and there. If it still crashes I want you to send me your complete log file to support @ videoredo.com with the title "Log for thread 29634"
