VideoReDo V4 final version before V5?

Greetings...

I have VideoReDo TV Suite 4.20.6.610

I know there is no longer any further development taking place with V4, however, is the version that I have the most updated of the V4? If not, how can I update it? Would appreciate help with this.

I am having issues with cutting mp4 videos. The mp4 videos are up to a few hours long and aren't very smooth in terms of audio and video synching with each other and there are judders or frames getting frozen here and there. After Quickstream fixing it, the mp4 file plays quite nicely. However, after cutting say a 30 minute segment out, the new 30 minute file has even worse judder or frame sync issues or frozen frames etc... I was hoping the last version of v4 would have fixed that. Thanks...

The latest I have is 4.21.10.681 - 21July2014

Maybe "check for updated version" option under "help" will still work?

Thanks for the tip... Yes I did already try that, but it simply brought me to a page where I could purchase/upgrade to V5.

I think you have the latest for V4. Hoping I can get mine updated to yours...

By the way, any chance you've done any mp4 (AVC1) file editing and found the files having playback issues, stability problems or freezing in VideoReDo?

Not too familiar with "AVC1".

i work with optical disk and H264.
Encoded a MPG into a h264.mp4 and in VRD4 the first play started too rapidly then slowed
to normal. Second play was normal and worked in VLC and MPClassic with no problem.

In VRD5 the file started normally.
I believe that if you upgrade to VRD5 you will be in the "window" for a free VRD6 upgrade
when ever that happens.

Ok, I googled around and found these links...
