Just purchased the upgrade to VRD V6 build 806. Downloaded and attempted to install. Getting alerts from Webroot Secure Anywhere antivirus that AudioCodecs.dll, AudioDecoding.dll, AC3EncoderModule.dll and AACEncoderModule.dll are infected with Trojan.Dropper.Gen. I'm assuming this is a false positive but I'd like some response from VRD support. I sent an email to support on Monday Oct 21. Have not received any response. Tried calling support this morning. After leaving a message I was given options to review, re-record, or discard my message but no option to send or save it. I don't know if the message was sent or not.

If you didn't get an automated response from us, then we didn't get your message. If you used the online form on the website then we didn't get the message since a change by our email provider made that form unusable. We did get an email today from someone about webroot antivirus, was it you? Response was basically, it's a webroot problem, and you should 1) tell webroot to ignore videoredo and 2) report the false positive to webroot.
