Windows 10 Desktop icons refreshing and app defaults getting reset

Anyone having an issue in Windows 10 with Desktop icons refreshing and app defaults getting reset?
MS says this may be an app or driver issue... got the latest Intel drivers.

Is it related to TVsuite? If so, try our current version, TVSuite V3 is very old now.

the forum editor is acting real strange.... always has as I recall; misses typedchactrs all he tie...

related?.... Don't know; I do a lot of video, never notice 'icons flashing' until I do (the kind ya get hen installing software). Never notice screen refreshes while doing Facebook or Email.

V3 result is vetted so I hate to quit using it.
Any difference with V4 as far as combining files on a DVD from both versions; got it but not vetted.
Also have V5, but can't stand the tiny GUI on a 1920 X 1080 screen.

Hello,

I have installed VideoReDo TVSuite 5.3.83.763a tool and all the time, when I open it, Avast blocks it with the popup for VRDTVSuiteCheck.exe. What is the reason for that? How can I avoid it? Or should I perhaps change the anti-virus, if it continues?

Try this one: Open Desktop Icon Settings. Click the Search button on the taskbar, type desktop icon in the empty box, and tap Show or hide common icons on the desktop in the list. then Restore the changed desktop icons to the default one. Choose a changed desktop icon (e.g. Network), and tap Restore Default button. I hope this dissertation discussion writing assistance will help

I didn't have such an issue, all icons are the same but I think everything works faster, I even ordered a dissertation abstracts online in five minutes

try this:

1. Show shortcuts on your desktop.
2. Hide shortcuts from your desktop.
3. Press Personalize.
4. Click or tap on Themes.
5. Access Desktop icon settings.
6. Select the icon from the highlighted area.
7. Press on Restore Default.
